Restart Computer and/or FL Studio. Check that your device is correctly selected in the Audio settings. Try another cable, both the USB for the interface and the XLR. I use it every day and it's been holding up like a champ. I really like the build quality of the aluminum chassis and the knobs and ports feel very sturdy. The microphone is not bad as well, and I'm actually surprised how good it sounds for just being thrown get a 3rd generation focusrite (8i6 or 4i4). This will allow virtual loopback within the focusrite control panel software and you can then route anything to anywhere. I have a second generation so I have to use SPDIF physical loopback, but the concept is the same and the quality is pristine for streaming from multiple DAWs to youtube or twitch vB6QdM.
